Our Yumm-O Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
Perfect for topping your low carb J & S Sweets bakes for that extra Yum-O factor!
8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
2/3 cup of monk fruit
1/2 tsp vanilla
In a baking bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese together with mixer until fully combined.
Add the monk fruit and vanilla, beast slowly until all incorporated. Beat on high for about 2 minutes until fluffy.
Refrigerate for about 20 minutes then top desserts.
Keto Cheesecake mix for Vanilla Shortbread Cheesecake Bars
(use our dry mix shortbread cookie mix for the base)
2 cups cream cheese
3/4 cups sour cream
1/4 monk fruit sweetener
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions: In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese and sour cream together along with vanilla extract. Add 1 egg to bowl and begin to mix together ( I use an electric beater). Add last two eggs and sweetener. WAHLAA mix ready for any bake! Use our shortbread cookie mix for the base of bars.
